Emagine IT was awarded a prime contract on the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ), with a 10-year phase and $25 billion ceiling.
The purpose of this contract is to establish a multiple award IDIQ contract for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) SPARC program. Emagine IT will provide strategic, technical, and program management advice, guidance, and support services to CMS to facilitate the modernization of business processes and supporting systems and their operations. Other Department of Health and Human Services Operating Divisions (HHS OPDIVs) have the ability place orders under this contract as well.

CMS awarded SPARC to vetted contractors that have demonstrated significant, relevant, and innovative performance with CMS programs and missions. The CMS contract partners also possessed experience and knowledge of CMS’ specific operations and technology, as well as demonstrating experience with innovative forms of technology such as an agile development.
