ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018

Emagine IT’s internal IT team has joined an elite group of organizations worldwide certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as adhering to the broad range of best practices presented in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Known as ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, this standard of quality benchmark offers customers clear criteria to assess service levels, measure performance, and implement continuous improvement.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

Emagine IT’s corporate office has joined an elite group of organizations worldwide certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as adhering to a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. Known as ISO/IEC 27001:2013, this approach includes people, processes, and IT systems by applying a risk management process.

ISO/IEC 17020:2012

Specifies requirements for the competence of bodies performing inspection and for the impartiality and consistency of their inspection activities. It applies to inspection bodies of type A, B or C, as defined in ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and it applies to any stage of inspection.
