Tausha Scott Named Director of Growth

Seasoned government contracting executive will lead strategic partnerships and market expansion across government and commercial sectors

BETHESDA, Md., June 30, 2026 - Emagine IT has named Tausha Scott as Director of Growth, effective June 1, 2026. In the role, Scott leads the company's growth strategy, business development, and strategic partnerships, deepening Emagine IT's reach across government and commercial markets at a time of rising demand for trusted cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence partners.

Scott brings nearly 30 years of experience in the government contracting market, where she has built high-performing growth organizations and shaped winning strategies that secured significant awards at the federal, state, and local levels. Her work spans capture management, proposal operations, strategic planning, and corporate growth strategy, and she has advised executive teams across organizations from emerging small businesses to large federal contractors.

Earlier in her career, Scott held leadership positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, T-Rex Solutions, SOS International, Evermay Consulting Group, and Sentrillion Corporation. She also founded Structured Chaos, a consulting practice that advised government contractors on growth strategy, capture execution, and proposal excellence for more than a decade.
